We rented a telehandler for nearly a year, paying $3,600 per month—totaling around $30,000 over the rental period. During that time, the equipment broke down twice: once due to low brake fluid, and another time because the alternator failed, locking up and breaking the belt. As a result, we were without the telehandler for almost a full week. We reached out to request a credit for the downtime, but despite multiple attempts, we never received a follow-up or response regarding the issue. While the equipment overall met our needs, the lack of communication from upper management—especially concerning the credit—was disappointing. Overall: 3 out of 5 stars, primarily due to poor follow-through on customer service.

Freedom equipment had the best prices and their man Dustin, bent over backwards to assist us in our needs, especially in the time constraints that we were up against anybody else would have just said sorry Dustin went the extra mile and accommodated us which saved the day
